. The love hate relationships with family, the ups and downs with the significant “O,” dreading going to work when you’d much rather be shopping, or doing nothing for that matter, and dealing with the senslessness that is the Holiday Season reminds us of the bitterness of it all.
There is, however, something that is much sweeter than it is bitter, that brings the sense into all of the holiday madness. The answer, of course, is beautifying one’s self for the holidays. The perfumes, moisturizers, bronzers, glosses, mascaras, etc. are seemingly endless and with all of the holiday parties on the horizon, why not put a little extra attention into looking extra nice? Not to mention, department stores and boutiques are much more sample happy around this time, so you can load up on some really pricey products until your budget allows for an actual splurge on these products.
LA Chic is often very distinguishing, which explains why LA Holiday Chic is very much the same way. When deciding between say pink gloss and really red lipstick this season, do refer to this Los Angeles Holiday Chic Update (and consider me your holiday chic partner in crime.
