RealTALK Media Group ("RealTALK," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your personally identifiable information. We've adopted this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") to inform you of what personal information we collect, how it is used and protected, and how you can manage it.
What personal information does RealTALK collect?
There are two kinds: information you provide explicitly, and information we collect automatically through the use of cookies.

Realtalkla.com (the "Site") collects only email address and zip code. This information will give you full access to the
Site’s services and features.
2. Automatically
collected information (and a note on “Cookies”):
When you visit the Site,
some information is automatically collected, such as your computer's
Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type, and the
time and date of your visit. This information is collected through the
use of "cookies." Cookies are small files that are stored on your
computer by a Web site to give you a unique identification.
Realtalkla.com only uses cookies to show you relevant content
and advertisements, and to keep you logged in for the
duration of your visit. Some of our advertisers occasionally use
cookies as well. We do not have control over cookies placed
by advertisers. If you don't want to use cookies, the
“Help” button on your Web browser will tell you how
to disable them. However, if you set your browser to refuse
cookies, some portions of Realtalkla.com (and many of the
sites we link to) may not function properly.
How does RealTALK use my personal information?
We will use your personal information to:
- contact you for administrative or customer service purposes
- organize the site’s content, services, and features to better serve you during your visits
The Site also does research on our users' demographics, interests, and on-Site activity based on the information you provide upon registration, or from our server log files. We do this to better understand and serve you while you visit Realtalkla.com.
Web servers serving Realtalkla.com automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information, such as which pages each user visits and the domain name (e.g., Cox.net) of visitors. This information is used for various purposes including internal review, to tailor information to individual visitors, and for traffic audits. We also provide this anonymous information to our advertisers.
Who has access to my personal information?
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Only you have access to your account, which is protected by your password.
Employees of Realtalkla.com do not have access to your personal information, except when absolutely necessary (e.g., to fulfill a customer service request you’ve made).
We may disclose personal information when we believe it is appropriate to:
- comply with the law (e.g., a lawful subpoena, warrant, or court order)
- enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements
- protect the rights, property, or safety of you, Realtalkla.com, our employees, our users, or others
Advertisers and off-site links: We do not control the privacy policies of our advertisers, sponsors, or other sites or businesses to which we provide hyperlinks or access. Please visit the sites of such businesses to review their privacy policies.
Can I see or change the information you have stored about me?
You will always have access to your personal information through your account. You can make corrections, amendments, and deletions at will.
Does this policy apply to children?
Realtalkla.com is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years old, you should not use, register with or otherwise provide personal information to our Site.
Changes to Privacy Policy
Any changes to our privacy policy will be communicated to you via email if you have registered for any of our services that require you to enter your email address. Continued use of the site after issuance of such notice constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
In addition to this privacy policy, please read our User Agreement. Your use of Realtalkla.com constitutes agreement to all of the terms and conditions in both documents.
